With nearly two decades of leadership experience at the Florida Department of Children and Families, including roles as general counsel, operations lead and interim secretary, Rebecca Falcon, formerly known as Rebecca Kapusta, brings unparalleled insight into the systems affecting children, families and vulnerable adults.
Her career has been rooted in justice and service, defending the state against allegations of child welfare misconduct, advocating for parents in the dependency system and representing clients in guardianship and injury matters. This broad experience, paired with her deep compassion, shapes the way Falcon Law serves its clients today.
